If a Biometric device is installed at a remote location and is online, attendance logs can be cleared remotely using the iClock Device Manager portal. Ensure that you have access to the Device Manager portal and the necessary device permissions. Follow these steps:
1. Go to iClock -> Device Menu -> Device Operation.
2. Select Operation as 'Clear Logs' from the left-side panel.
3. Check the device(s) from the list on the right side from which you wish to clear attendance logs.
4. Finally, click on Submit Command. This will execute the 'Clear Logs' command on the device, and within a few minutes, all logs will be deleted.
If the device does not respond or the logs are not cleared, ensure the device is online and accessible, or contact technical support for assistance.
