To configure template groups and templates within the PMS group, follow these detailed steps:
Step 1: Add New Template Group
Navigate to Setup -> Template Group and click on 'Add Template Group' green icon shown on the page.
Enter below Template Group Details and Save the same:
- Code: Enter a short name or code for the template group.
- Name: Provide a descriptive name for the template group.
- Job Role: Select the relevant job role from the dropdown list.
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the template group.
- Active: Check the checkbox to activate this template group for use.
Once all mandatory details are filled in, click on the Save button.
Step 2: Create and Map Templates to Template Group
Navigate to Setup -> Template, and click on 'Create Template' green icon shown on the page:
Enter below Template Details in next form:
- Code: Enter a short name or code for the template.
- Name: Provide a descriptive name for the template.
- Template Group: Select the appropriate template group from the dropdown list.
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the template.
- Active: Check the checkbox to activate this template for use.
- Self-goals Applicable: Enable the checkbox if self-goal setting is applicable. Define the ratio of Part A & B if enabled.
- Include Item Weightage: Enable or disable the checkbox to include item vise weightage.
- Allow Overall Comment on Groups/Category: Check the checkbox to allow comments on groups or categories.
- Allow File Upload on Category: Enable the checkbox to allow file uploads for categories.
Click on Select Competency green icon to add existing competencies to the template.
Define the weightage of each group, category, or item within the template.
After all details are filled up, you can either Save it as draft or Save it as final submission.
- Save Draft: Click on Save Draft if modifications are needed.
- Save: Click on Save to finalize and save the template.
Once the templates are created successfully, you can use those templates in an Evaluation Event.
