Replicate PMS master data from one company to another

Below is a step-by-step guide for replicating PMS master data from one company to another:

Step1:- Access the Timelabs and click on Performance Module.

Step2:- On PMS module, expand Configuration tab:

Step 3:- Click on Replicate Setup option.

Step 4:- Select the Source Company (from where data will be copied) and the Destination Company (to which data will be replicated). From the left panel, choose the master data types you wish to transfer, such as:

• BSC Category
• Competency
• Rating Scale
• Unit
• Template Group
• Template

Step 6:- You can either click "Select All" to select every data or manually select only the ones you want to transfer.

Step 7: At last, click on "Transfer Data" button to initiate the transfer of PMS master data from the source to the destination company.
