Question : How to change employee's enrollment number through iClock Device Manager portal?


Answer : Please follow below to change employee's enrollment number in Device using iClock portal:


Step 1: Open iClock Device Manager module, click on Employee Menu -> User List.


Step 2 :  Once User List page is opened, search for the enrollment number which you wish to change:



Step 3 : Once user is listed, put a check mark on it and click on Edit User option. This is show you a new Pop-up as shown below:



Step 4. Now here enable 'Change Enrollment Number' option and enter the new Enrollment Number in 'Enrollment No' field. If you wish to update new enrollment number in all connected devices, please enable 'Update Enroll Info on all devices'.



At last click on Update button. This will update new enrollment number in all connected device in a while.
