Set up a new survey in 'POLLS & SURVEY' section

Here’s a detailed guide for adding a Survey in the 'Polls & Survey' module, starting with the first step.

Step1: Open Survey List and Click ‘Create New Survey’.

Step2:Enter the required details in the ‘Create New Survey’ form that appears like Survey Title, Survey Description etc. 

 Description of each filed:

• Survey Title: Enter a distinctive name for the survey.
• Survey Description: Write a concise summary explaining the purpose of the survey.
• Enable Comments: Choose whether participants can leave comments or not.
• Enable Like: Decide if participants can like responses.
• Auto Assign Survey by Joining Date: Automatically allocate the survey based on employees’ joining dates.

Step 3: After filling out all fields, select the Save & Submit'.

Step 4: To add questions to your survey, click the "Add Question" button.

After clicking the "Add Question" button in a survey creation tool, the following question types are available:

• Single Choice: Respondents can select only one option from the given choices.
• Multiple Choice: Respondents can select more than one option from the given choices.
• Range: Provides a rating scale (such as 1 to 5 or 1 to 10) for respondents to give feedback.
• Open Text: Respondents can freely type their answers in a text box.

Step 6: After clicking on the single choice option, you will see the survey question form.

Filed Description-

• Question Title: Write your question here, the one you want your employees to answer.
• Mandatory: Tick this box if you want to make sure employees must answer the question before moving on.
• Options: List the different answers employees can choose from. They will only be able to pick one option.

Step 7: When the Submit button is clicked, the question is added to the survey.

Step8: If you need delete and edit Question in survey please click action button.
