How to regularize attendance request?
An employee can update his/her attendance log as well from the ESS portal. To do the same click on Dashboard Shortcut link or go to Self Service Menu and then Regularize Attendance:
Here on the above page select the date for which the attendance update request has to be sent to the reporting head. Enter In-Time and Out-Time and then click on ‘Add New’ button. If there are multiple entries for the same day, repeat the process.
Now at last enter a Remark and SUBMIT the request. To view the list of pending requests already submitted, Go to “Self Service Menu” and then Regularize Attendance. Scroll at the bottom of the page. See the screen shot below.
If users need to edit/remove an existing request, click the icon in the action column.
