How to allot leave and set opening leave balance for an Employee?
User can allot leaves to the employees by two methods:

1. One By One

Go to employee menu and open employee list:

Here click on ‘Leave allotment’ icon to allot leave to the specific employee. You will see a popup box here.

Now enter ‘With Effect Date’ with the Leave Balance and then click on the 'Allot' link.

2. In Bulky Way

To allot leaves simultaneously go to Employee Menu and then click on Leave Allotment:

Here select all the Employees first and then choose leave type, (Default WEF Date and click Set) (Default Opening Balance and click Set link) then click on ‘Allot’ button. Once the leaves are allotted to your employees, those employees will be removed from this list. You can see Already Allotted Employees from the next tab.
